Our Team

Jim Rosenberg

Jim Rosenberg is the founder and owner of neo3 since its inception in 1999. He has extensive software and programming experience having been a visionary with utilizing financial and operational software systems over 20 years ago. He also was part of a CPA firm offering IT and software integrations to their clients, helping many businesses save operational costs. Jim heads up the company’s business development team and assists in the onboarding architecture of businesses' operational structure. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family traveling.

Brett Lyder,

Executive Vice President

Brett graduated from Youngstown State University in 1988 with a degree in computer science and embarked on what is now a thirty-year career in software development and programming. Brett’s capabilities in providing solutions for clients is unmatched. Working with the neo3 team for over 20 years, he is a whiz at customizing cloud-based ERP solutions with the customer-specific data/tools they need to succeed.

His pride and joy? His family. Brett and his wife are looking forward to sharing great adventures with their two sons and two daughters-in-law in the future.

Patrick Cioffi,

Vice President of Sales

Patrick handles business development and account management for neo3. This 14-year member of our team is passionate about helping customers grow by providing them with real-time visibility into their businesses.

A 1997 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Psychology and Sports Science, he is passionate about sports. His favorite teams? The Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Indians, Browns, and Cavs.  An interesting fact about Patrick is that he played on the Youngstown Babe Ruth All-Star Team that won the World Series in 1990. This achievement earned him and the team a trip to The White House with the Cincinnati Reds to meet President Bush. We’re glad he’s here hitting home runs for the neo3 team.

Anthony Ross,

Sage ERP Consultant

Very few ERP consultants possess Anthony’s in-depth knowledge of the complete Sage product line. Whether customers need top-of-the-line support with Sage 100, Sage CRM, Sage Intelligence, or Sage Alerts, this neo3 veteran does what he does best—solve problems!

And when it’s time for a software upgrade, customers can depend on this 2010 Kent State University grad to ensure their Sage software is up-to-date and performing at optimal levels.

Off-the-clock, Anthony enjoys traveling, visiting his favorite coffee shop, and spending time with his lovely wife (not necessarily in that order).  No question, he’s a major fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Something on his bucket list? Traveling to Europe and Japan.

Victor Rivera,

ERP Consultant

With a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting from Kent State University, Victor possesses a sixth-sense when it comes to providing solutions and support to neo3 clients. He understands how to apply the most robust ERP software on the market—NetSuite and Sage 100—to meet the operational challenges organizations face in today’s business environment.

Spending time with family and friends occupies most of his time away from the office. He is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to the University of North Carolina Tar Heels basketball team. Visiting the pyramids of Egypt is high on his bucket list.

Blake Rhein,

ERP Application Consultant

ERP Application Consultant, Blake Rhein, is a 2012 graduate of the University of Mount Union with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Minor in Information Systems.  Still hungry to learn, he went on to Cleveland State University and received a Master’s Degree in Accountancy.

Blake has made his mark here at neo3 by going above and beyond to help clients get the most out of their ERP software. He loves all Cleveland sports, as well as ‘football’ (what we refer to around here as soccer), especially Chelsea F.C.
