Most firms lead with how many Sage Intacct projects they have closed. We will be straight with you: Intacct is a recent addition to our practice. We added it deliberately, because a growing number of finance-led organizations need a true cloud accounting platform rather than a full manufacturing ERP — and we would rather recommend the right system than the only one we sell. What is not new is the work. Since 1999 we have delivered more than 400 ERP implementations. Our team is certified on Sage Intacct, our consultants come from accounting backgrounds, and every engagement runs on Cadence — the same eight-phase methodology we use on NetSuite. If you want a partner with fifty Intacct deployments behind them, we are not that yet. If you want a firm that has implemented ERP for more than two decades, will tell you when Intacct is not the right fit, and treats your first month live as seriously as the sale — that is the conversation we are good at.

Before anything else, we work out whether Sage Intacct is the right platform for you. Finance-led organizations without heavy inventory or manufacturing requirements are usually a strong fit. If NetSuite suits you better, we will say so.

We map your entity structure, chart of accounts, dimensions, reporting requirements, and month-end close process before configuring anything.

Configuration to Agreed Scope

Ledgers, dimensions, approval workflows, and reporting built to the scope you signed off on, rather than discovered as the project drifts.

Data Migration and Validation

Historical balances, open transactions, and master records extracted, cleansed, mapped, and reconciled before your first live close.
